Ecovert FM and Grosvenor sign Facilities Management Partnership in Belgravia and Mayfair
Ecovert FM has been appointed facilities management provider by Grosvenor for its estates in Belgravia and Mayfair, London.
Ecovert FM and Grosvenor, the privately owned international property group, representing the interests of the Grosvenor family and headed by the Duke of Westminster, signed the deal earlier this month at Grosvenor’s head office in Mayfair, after a multi-stage competitive bidding process that attracted the country’s top FM providers.
Ecovert FM provides a facilities management service to over 350 residential, commercial and retail properties in Belgravia and Mayfair which span a floor area exceeding 200,000 m2. The 100-strong Ecovert FM team delivers services which include building maintenance, security, cleaning, a 24-hour service desk, engineering and a range of other innovative offerings.
Grosvenor is committed to offering differentiated real estate solutions to its clients and was keen to find an FM provider with the same ambitions of building an industry-leading service. The Ecovert FM-Grosvenor Partnership will maintain consistently high standards across the prime estate, ensuring a pristine, safe and sustainable environment for its tenants.
This latest success reinforces Ecovert FM’s position as a leading service provider in the private as well as the public sector in the UK.
Bruno Bodin, Managing Director of Ecovert FM believes there is an obvious cultural fit between Ecovert FM and Grosvenor. Both companies are private and have partnership as a guiding principle and that very much underlies Ecovert FM’s business model.
“We share the same objectives as Grosvenor in terms of providing their customers with excellent service. Working with Grosvenor is an exciting prospect”, says Mr. Bodin.
“Getting to know the Estate is fascinating and meeting the current and ever-changing needs of the different customers within the Grosvenor portfolio will be demanding. We are looking forward to working closely with Grosvenor so we can create the change together and support them in this transformation project.”
Peter Vernon, Grosvenor London Director says, “We were impressed by Ecovert FM’s commitment to quality and partnering shown throughout the bidding process. This attention to detail is vital when managing Grosvenor’s residential and retail properties and we look forward to our relationship with Ecovert FM going from strength to strength.”
