Ecovert FM to provide services to North Middlesex University Hospital
Ecovert FM, Bouygues UK and HSBC Infrastructure Fund Management Limited (Bouygues Consortium) are delighted to announce that financial close has been reached on the North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust’s Private Finance Initiative (PFI) scheme.
The contract will provide a 32,000m² new build Emergency Care Centre, Critical & Acute Care Centre, DTC and additional Clinical Support Services. Ecovert FM will provide building engineering services and fabric maintenance, project management services, helpdesk services, infrastructure maintenance and lifecycle fund management to the new and retained estate over a 31.5 year period.
The new building, which will be completed and fully operational by 2010, has a construction cost of £111 million. Landscaping, road improvements and other work outside the building will be completed in 2011.
