Ecovert Group is born

Ecovert Group was created to secure new positions and ensure further company development.

The newly formed Ecovert Group brings together three operating divisions:
 
- Total Facilities Management - Ecovert FM currently operates Total Facilities Management in the UK under this division
 
- Facilities Services - Icel Group operates its electrical, instrument and mechanical services in the UK under this division
 
- Ecovert International – Ecovert Group’s overseas Total Facilities Management division is currently present in Kuwait and Dubai
 
The overarching reason for the re-structure is to recognise the diversity of the different businesses and allow them to grow in their own right, whilst benefiting from the group backbone. Each of the three Ecovert Group divisions has its own business plan and in addition, Ecovert Group will have the ability to host new business divisions, either by creation or acquisition.

 Ecovert FM has become a part of the wider Ecovert Group, following a great 2007 year of delivering ahead of plans and opening new territories.
