2009 marks the 10th anniversary of the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) partnership between Ecovert FM and King’s College, London.
An evening of refreshments, entertainment and long-service award celebrations was enjoyed by members of King’s College, London and Ecovert FM employees. The evening also brought together three generations of Ecovert FM General Managers to King’s College.
In commemoration of the 10-year partnership, Ecovert FM has offered to support King’s College, London in the development and implementation of artwork to improve the visual impact of Franklin Wilkins Building.
The partnership between Ecovert FM and King’s College, London started in 1999 upon completion of the construction phase by Bouygues UK. Today, hard and soft FM, and building management services are delivered to two campuses, New Hunts House and Franklin Wilkins Building covering a total of 60,000m².
