Ecovert FM has been awarded the Facilities Management service provision for the state-of-the-art, purpose-built City Academy, Hackney.
The Studio-E designed Academy will accommodate up to 1,400 pupils and span a surface area of 10,000m2.
An initial three year contract between Ecovert FM and The City Academy will encompass: hard FM, cleaning, caretaking, security and grounds maintenance.
Following construction completion at the beginning of August, Ecovert FM will commence interim security services, transferring to full service provision, ready for the new school year in September 2009.

The Academy, sponsored by city accountancy firm KPMG and The City of London Corporation, will specialise in business and financial services and serve all local communities
