2009 marks Ecovert FM‘s 10th anniversary of its Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract with Barnet Hospital.
Ecovert FM delivers hard FM, helpdesk, management and grounds maintenance services to the 45,000m² GFA at Barnet Hospital, north London, via a 30-strong team. The Ecovert FM grounds maintenance team has received a number of awards over the years for its gardens from the Worshipful Company of Gardeners for London Hospitals.
Director of Corporate Services and Redevelopment at Barnet Hospital, Paul Hawkins, says, “We have built up a good, professional relationship with our PFI partners over the past ten years. The modern facilities and delivery of maintenance and support services have notably improved the hospital, offering a better experience for patients, staff and visitors.
