Ecovert FM achieves Hospitality Assured standard at the Home Office

Ecovert FM has achieved the Hospitality Assured standard at the Home Office's headquarters in central London, with an above-average first assessment score.

Hospitality Assured is the standard for delivering service and business excellence; accreditation is awarded if an organisation scores at least 60% against the ten steps set out in the standard.

These steps include the customer promise; operational planning; service delivery and customer satisfaction improvement. In the case of the Home Office, the assessment was conducted across both hard and soft services.

Dave Carr, Managing Director of Ecovert FM says, "Delivering excellence is our pledge and this standard ensures we manage and deliver our services to the highest quality. We are committed to improving on this quality year on year, at the Home Office and across our other contracts."

Ecovert FM, like all companies holding the standard, will be re-assessed annually to check that it continues to meet the minimum requirement and maintain the accreditation.
